Digital Photogrammetry - Housing Project - Before the City of San Diego would grant permits for a new neighborhood, they wanted to "see how it would look from certain vantage points." This image was for a housing project in Carmel Mountain, one of the newer San Diego suburbs. The image is an integration of existing conditions, and computer-generated models of the neighborhood "before it is built." Global positioning software was used to ensure accuracy in the project presentation.
Hilton Hotel - This image, of a mid-rise Hilton Hotel is currently under construction. The client provided architectural 2D CAD drawings. From these, the computer model was created. We were able to select the landscape materials from our library. The client reviewed landscaping and colors to be used on the building to ensure their desired "look" was achieved.
Apartment Project - This complex of buildings is under construction in Seattle. The project was the result of an infill neighborhood project. The room on the building roof will serve as a community meeting room.
