Those familiar with Al Whitley
know of his passion for computers and technology. That's why it
was no surprise back in 1989 when he opened his own consulting firm,
Whitley believed that the technology explosion would soon move the
architectural market in new directions.
Seventeen years ago, even Whitley
could not have envisioned the rate at which technology has consumed
the industry and placed new demands on practitioners. Call it foresight,
call it market intuition, call it luck; whatever the case, Whitley
will call it a prosperous business he loves. "I was able to
start a business, help a lot of my colleagues, and have a lot of
fun, all during a pretty rough economic time," reflects Whitley.
Since 1989, WHITLEYGroup has expanded with the technology and the needs of its fellow
professionals. Society is placing increasing demands on design professionals,
requiring that they provide complex visual packages in their presentations.
WHITLEYGroup is up to the challenge, and now provides everything from
architectural CAD support services (including 2D drafting, 3D modeling
and animations) and CAD training with the help of state-of-the-art
technology and a highly qualified staff. |
